Ruby red colour with amazing aroma of cherries. Tart finish
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. It is made by bringing together lambic with the process used for brewing beers based on malted wheat. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. An unconventional Blanche brewed as it once was on the farms of the Payotteland, with wheat added to a lambic. Its flavour is slightly tart and fairly rounded with a hint of lemon peel, slightly sweet but excellent as a thirst quencher

Oude Gueuze is an appellation controlee : its label is protected. It is also known as the champagne of beers, especially as it is only available as a limited edition. Timmermans Oude Gueuze’s special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation. It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. The different lambics are carefully selected by the brewer to obtain a perfect flavour. After it has been produced, Timmermans Oude Gueuze, which is refermented for four months in the bottle, continues to improve for 20 years.
The flavour of Timmermans Oude Kriek, refermented in the bottle, is without comparison. The cherries from which it derives its taste and colour it features traditionally come from Schaerbeek. Slightly acidic and with a wonderful bouquet, this natural and hence unpredictable brew requires careful handling throughout its long maturation period. Created from a blend of old and young lambic, Timmermans Oude Kriek keeps for 12 years. Like Timmermans Oude Gueuze, this is a precious drink, available in a limited edition only !
Amber colored lambic, fresh peach aroma. Sour tasting finish.
Timmermans Strawberry Lambicus is for anyone who finds strawberries irresistible. Its luminous colour and its fruity freshness are a treat for taste buds and eyes alike. Its strawberry flavour confirms the nose’s impression, without being overly sweet, and is enhanced by a real feeling of freshness, recalling those tiny green granules that are found around ripened strawberries. Its taste is consistent and spreads very quickly throughout the mouth, finishing on a note that is fruity rather than sweet
